The FSA Roundtable | Flow Systems Advisory
Invite-Only — Applications Open

The Room Where Operators Work on the Business Together.

A small, curated peer group for founders and operators navigating the same terrain — tightening systems, making smarter AI decisions, and running leaner without losing momentum. Peer-led. Facilitated. No vendor pitch, ever.

What It Is

A Peer Group, Not a Mastermind. Not a Course.

The FSA Roundtable is a small group of non-competing business operators who meet monthly to work through real operational problems together. It's peer-led conversation — not a lecture, not a coaching session, not a product demo.

"What would you do if this were your business?"

That's the question that drives the format. You bring your current challenge. The group brings their experience. Munu brings structure and operational context. Together you leave with a clearer path than you arrived with.

It's kept small deliberately — six to eight operators per group — so every session is substantive and the trust in the room is real.

👥

Small by Design

Six to eight operators per cohort. Small enough that everyone contributes. Curated so the room is non-competitive and the conversation is honest.

📅

Monthly Sessions

A regular cadence that keeps operational thinking sharp. Between sessions, you stay connected through a shared channel with the group.

🎯

Facilitated Focus

Each session is structured around a real challenge one member is navigating. Others share experience. Munu provides operational and AI context where it's useful.

What Members Get

More Than a Monthly Call.

The value of a peer group like this compounds. It's not just what you get from any given session — it's what changes when you're regularly thinking alongside people who understand your problems from the inside.

🧠

Peer Intelligence

Real-world input from operators who have been in similar positions — not generic advice, not theory. Pattern recognition you can't get from a consultant or a course.

🔬

Operational Clarity

Each session works a real problem to a clear next step. You leave with something actionable — a decision made, an approach validated, or a blocker named and reframed.

🤝

Trusted Network

A relationship with a small group of non-competing operators at a similar stage. The kind of connection that leads to honest referrals, honest feedback, and long-term value.

AI Context

Munu brings 18+ years of operational experience and current knowledge of what's actually working in AI across CPG, logistics, and service-based businesses.

📌

Accountability

Regular cadence and a small group creates natural accountability. Most members find they make faster decisions and follow through more consistently.

🔒

Confidentiality

What's shared in the room stays in the room. All members agree to a shared confidentiality standard before joining.

Who It's For

The Right Room Matters. Here's How We Curate It.

Every application is reviewed before an invitation is extended. The goal is a group where everyone in the room can contribute meaningfully and benefit genuinely from each other's experience.

Good fit
  • Founder or operator with a running business (not pre-revenue)
  • Navigating operational complexity — systems, team, AI tools
  • Non-competing with others in the group
  • Looking to think alongside peers, not just be advised at
  • Willing to contribute your own experience, not just receive
  • Open to honest feedback and direct conversation
Not the right fit
  • Pre-revenue or idea-stage only
  • Looking for a coach or done-for-you service (see services instead)
  • Building in a vertical already represented in the cohort
  • Looking for a sales channel or referral network
  • Unable to commit to monthly sessions
  • Uncomfortable with peer accountability and direct feedback
How to Apply

A Simple Application. A Genuine Review.

We don't use a waitlist or a lottery. Every application is read. The review considers your business context, your fit with the current cohort, and whether the group can genuinely serve where you are right now.

1

Fill in the application

About 15 minutes. Tells us about your business, your biggest operational challenge, and what you're hoping to get from the group.

2

Brief intro call with Munu

If there's a potential fit, we'll set up a 20-minute call — as much for you to assess the group as it is for us to assess your application.

3

Invitation extended

If it's a fit, you'll receive a formal invitation with cohort details, format, and what to expect in your first session.

Why Munu Runs This

The Best Thinking I've Ever Seen Happened in Small Rooms.

I've spent 18+ years inside supply chains, sustainable brands, and logistics operations. The insight that actually moved things forward — the kind that changes a decision, prevents a mistake, or unlocks a direction that wasn't visible — almost always came from a peer conversation, not a consultant's report.

The FSA Roundtable is my attempt to create that environment deliberately. A small group. Non-competing. Regular cadence. Honest conversation. I facilitate and contribute — but the room does the real work.
